1. General

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how information provided by the User is processed and protected when using the Saikyo Shop digital goods store at saikyo.my/en (the “Service”).

2.2. The Service does not require passport data, documents or photos. Bank card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and are not transferred to or stored by the Service.

• prevent fraud and abuse;
• analyse and improve the Service.

4. Disclosure to third parties

4.1. The Administration does not share data with third parties, except:

• where required by law;
• where needed to fulfil an order: with the payment provider to process payment and with the digital goods supplier to the extent required for delivery (e.g. a player ID);
• where the User has given consent.

5. Storage and protection

5.1. Data is stored for as long as needed for the purposes of processing, including handling order enquiries.

5.2. The Administration takes reasonable protection measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data, encryption of delivered codes. Absolute security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

5.3. The User may request deletion of their data by contacting support. Order records may be kept as long as required by law.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The User understands that transmitting information over the internet involves risks.

6.2. The Administration is not liable for loss or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the User, for example by sharing a password.

7. Cookies

7.1. The website uses cookies for sign-in, language and cart settings, and visitor analytics. Disabling cookies may limit the Service.

8.1. The Administration may change this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.

8.2. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the new version.
